Thanksgiving at GranGran's

The children had a blast playing on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They played hard and crashed where they fell that night. Of course, we, like good parents, left them and went to bed so as not to disturb their slumber.


We visited a great city park and the kids played. Of course, I made them pose for a few pictures.





After eating our veggies, ham and turkey, we all had a piece of our favorite Chocolate pie. Stuffed!!!

Did y'all get caught in the traffic jam? There were TWO wrecks between Montgomery and Fort Deposit on 65 North. We were caught in Rubber Neckers traffic. Looked like six or more cars were involved in the wrecks. Oh shoot. I didn't see a red hummer... y'all are OK, right? Let me know!

And the pics of Thanksgiving are great.

Looks like a wonderful visit! I love the pic of the "children nessled all snug in their beds" while visions of Turkey legs danced in their heads.....
sorry I got off on a tangent f Turkey inspiration.

Oh yes....we were caught. From Ft. Deposit through Montgomery was terrible.
Can I just say I hate I-65??????
