Fantasy Fudge We made this every Christmas growing up and it is my favorite Christmas food. My Mom visited and we created the magic for my kids! Um, you think this is a sweet enough recipe???? Wait. A Recipe????? On MY BLOG??????? Hershey's Kisses Fantasy Fudge Combine : 5 cups sugar, 2 sticks of butter 1 large can of PET milk. (Try not to add sugar to a candle in the process. ) Boil and stir like crazy for 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in 1 large jar of marshmallow creme . (Stir. Stir. Stir. Watch your heat or you will end up with chocolate bubble gum. Trust me on that one.) Stir in 1 and 1/2 lbs, YES POUNDS of Hershey's kisses . Stir Oh yes, it takes awhile to unwrap all of them. Stir and stir and stir some more. That is why it is a family recipe. You all have to stir. Add 1 tsp. of vanilla at the end and stir just a little more. Pour in a buttered 9X13 pyrex pan and refrigerate for several hours. OMG!!!!The creamiest, richest fudge you have EVER eaten. No calories, ...

The kids all had a great time and the GUMBO was SOOOO good. He used the recipe from the link below- worked on it for hours- chicken, sausage, fresh crab and shrimp, made his own stock and roux.... and it was worth every second. http:/ /www.gumbopages.com/food/gumbo .ht ml Good Food and Good Friends! The Beach and Old friends

Orange Beach, Perdido Pass, LuLus....Little Man's actual birthday which we celebrated for 2 weeks.... Our friends that were our neighbors when Baby Girl was born were there from Indiana and we hung out on the beach drinking Gilligan's Islands and eating homemade Hummus made by Papa Bear, tanning and catching up! The kids had a blast and so did the Mom's. Making new memories and remembering old ones! We spent the nights at mt Mom's- Gran Gran's -and got to see her and Gramps too. She even joined us at the beach when my sis and neice joined us as well. Instead of making a bunch of posts about my wonderful beach trip, I made a movie slide show of the great pictures. There is 4 minutes of the best pictures to one of my favorite songs by BonJovi..... I love it, but if you are not a Jovi fan, mute it.......ummm...Dull, that may be you. Recipes by Papa Bear....LOVE HIM!! Gilligan's Island 1 oz vodka 1 oz peach schnapps 3 oz orange juice 3 oz cranberry juice Hummus 2 cu...

And as several non-related observers of our antics this weekend pointed out, their families are boring and they had much rather be a part of our craziness than dull, uninteresting, non-brain-stimulating family affairs. We, too have a thing with gnomes, like Hewy. Our 4th gnome hunt of the family has been in progress over the last few weeks. I have been the virtual winner the first and second round (beating out my cousin who is in charge of the Internet and my uncle who is a secret agent) ......and my brother and I cheated my aunt, who had been the 1st round winner- out of winning the 2nd round in a very ingenious plot if I do say so myself. I figured out the location of the 2nd clue and was the virtual winner. I called my brother, who was off work that day and who had not even looked at the clue. He retrieved the clue from...
